Ancient Egyptian for “done.”

Built for ADHD brains. No clutter. No loading. Just done.

Nefer is the anti-gamification habit tracker. Instant check-offs, honest numbers, and a routine built from your own words — no confetti, no mascots, no shame.

Free for your first 5 habits · No ads, ever

No confetti. No mascots. No streak shame. No ads. Ever.

Habit apps kept adding pressure. Nefer removes it.

Onboarding

Say it. It’s a routine.

Tell Nefer about your life in your own words — typed or spoken. In under a minute, it turns what you said into a starting routine. Don’t feel like talking? Answer two quick questions instead. Either way, you review every habit, remove anything that doesn’t fit, and change everything later.

What you say or type is processed once to build your routine and never stored.

How it works

Designed around the ADHD brain. Not bolted on top of one.

Tap. Done. Nothing else.

No animations, no confirmation screens, no loading spinners. Checking off a habit is instant — your brain gets the signal and moves on. It works offline, too: check-offs happen on your phone and sync in the background.

Habits on the days they belong.

Group habits by morning, afternoon, and evening. Schedule any habit for specific days — gym on Mon/Wed/Fri, meal prep on Sundays. Streaks and perfect days only count the days a habit was actually scheduled, so rest days never break anything.

Honest numbers. No shame.

A perfect day means you completed everything you’d scheduled — Nefer tracks your run of them, and your best ever. Partial days still show exactly what you did, today never counts against you until it’s over, and each habit keeps its own streak. One missed thing never erases everything else.

Did it, forgot to log it? Tap yesterday.

Open History, tap any day’s circle, and check off what you actually did — up to a week back. Life happens; the record should tell the truth.

It notices what you don’t. Pro

Once a week, Nefer reads your actual data and tells you something useful in four short parts: what happened this week, a pattern you might not have spotted, how your mornings, afternoons, and evenings compare, and one small thing to try. No cheerleading — just a calm observation that the app is paying attention.

Getting started

What is Nefer?

A habit tracker built for ADHD brains. Instant check-offs, calm design, honest numbers — no confetti, no mascots, no guilt. You tell it your habits (or let it build a routine with you), and it helps you actually do them.

How do you say “Nefer,” and what does it mean?

“NEH-fer.” It’s the ancient Egyptian word for complete, beautiful, done — which is the whole idea.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to use it?

No. Nefer is designed around how ADHD brains work — low friction, real reminders, no shame spirals — but that design happens to be good for everyone. If you’ve ever abandoned a habit app because it was too much work, you’re who we built this for.

Does Nefer work without an account?

An account (email, Google, or Apple sign-in) is needed so your habits sync safely across devices and survive a lost phone. Creating one takes about ten seconds.

What platforms does it run on?

iPhone and Android. Your account syncs across devices, and the app works offline — check-offs happen instantly on your phone and sync in the background.

How it works

How is Nefer different from other habit apps?

Most habit apps add pressure: streak-shaming, gamified clutter, mascots to disappoint. Nefer removes it. Checking off a habit is instant — no animations, no confirmation screens. Missing a day never wipes out your progress unfairly: today doesn’t count against you until it’s over, rest days don’t break anything, and you can tap back up to a week to log something you did but forgot to record. And there are no ads. Ever.

What’s a “perfect day”?

A day where you completed every habit you’d scheduled for that day. It’s Nefer’s honest headline number — alongside it, each habit keeps its own streak, so one missed thing never erases everything else you did.

How does the AI routine builder work?

Two ways. Tell it about your life in your own words — typed or spoken — and it turns that into a starting routine in seconds. Or answer two quick questions and it builds one for you. Either way you review the list, remove anything that doesn’t fit, and change everything later.

Can habits repeat on specific days instead of daily?

Yes. Any habit can be scheduled for specific days of the week — gym on Mon/Wed/Fri, meal prep on Sundays. Your streaks and perfect days only count the days a habit was actually scheduled, so rest days never break anything.

What do reminders look like?

Gentle and conditional. Morning and evening reminders by default (afternoon optional), and they don’t fire if you’ve already finished — Nefer never nags you about something you’ve done. Pro users can also set an exact reminder time per habit, which matters a lot for things like medication.

Can I track medication with Nefer?

Many people use it exactly for that — a “Take meds” habit with a precise reminder time. One honest note: Nefer is a habit tracker, not a medical device, and it isn’t a substitute for medical advice or a prescription system.

What’s the weekly AI insight?

Once a week, Nefer reads your actual data and tells you something useful in four short parts: what happened this week, a pattern you might not have noticed, how your mornings, afternoons, and evenings compare, and one small thing to try. No cheerleading — just a calm observation that the app is paying attention.

I forgot to check something off yesterday — is my streak ruined?

No. Open History, tap yesterday, and check off what you actually did. Life happens; the record should tell the truth.

Pricing

What does Nefer cost?

Free gets you up to 5 habits, forever, with reminders and full tracking. Pro is $24.99/year with a full month free, or $3.49/month with a 7-day free trial — Pro adds unlimited habits, per-habit reminder times, and the weekly AI insight. Prices in USD; local pricing is set by the app stores.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You keep everything. Every habit you built stays visible and checkable forever — you just can’t add new habits or edit existing ones on the free tier, and the AI insight pauses. We will never delete or lock away what you built.

How do I cancel the free trial or subscription?

Through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, any time. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

Can my partner or family share one subscription?

On iOS, yes — Nefer Pro supports Apple Family Sharing, so one purchase can cover your household through your Apple family group.

Is there really no catch on “no ads”?

Really. No ads, no sponsored content, no selling your attention. Nefer is paid for by Pro subscriptions, nothing else.

Privacy

Is my voice recording or what I write stored anywhere?

No. What you say or type during onboarding is processed once to build your routine and is not stored — no transcripts, no audio, nothing. We keep only the structured result: the habits you confirmed. (Processing uses OpenAI; your habit data itself lives in your private account.)

What data do you collect, and can I delete it?

Your account (email), your habits and check-offs, and anonymous usage analytics (never the names of your habits or anything you’ve written). Deleting your account removes your data. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

Habits, beautifully done.

Nefer is coming soon to iPhone and Android.
